Located 28 miles from the southern tip of Cornwall involves a lot of planning and logistics. Personnel get tot the islands by air flying from Lands End to St Marys. Materials and equipment get there by boat sailing from Penzance
Property overhauls
Client asked us to complete existing overhauls of property on St Agnes including conservatory repairs, window repairs, draught proofing, guttering and decorations.
Balustrade replacement
Supply and fit new Oak posts and balustrade to give the post office new structural integrity and a lovely look
Re-pointing
Complete re-point of a converted chapel in traditional lime mortar
Window & Door Replacement
We were tasked by the client to supply and fit new Accoya windows and doors. All sliding sashes, fixed casement and stormproof windows where fitted in a traditional method of using oakum and lime mortar. All windows and doors were putty glazed and sprayed to a professional finish
Skylight Replacement
We carefully removed the old skylights and installed a high-quality replacement designed for durability, insulation, and long-lasting performance and also provided means of escape for the owners
Cladding
Supply and fit new cedar cladding front and back elevation of property on Bryher
Re-roofs
Complete re-roof of property on St Marys using Riverstone Slate
